Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: The project consists of new road paving for the connector street between Brussels St. and Gym Rd. The work includes selective demolition, grading, paving of the street and sidewalk, landscaping and a new basketball court. The work includes utilities and infrastructure as described in the construction documents dated November 2021. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per day will be levied for each day the project is not completed after the required Project Completion Date. Liquidated damages in the amount of $2,000.00 for substitution of Key Personnel without prior consent.
