The City of Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced and qualified general contractor to furnish materials, equipment, and labor necessary to remodel City building restrooms and perform remodel touchups, if necessary, both on an on-call basis. The remodel of the existing restrooms shall replicate the appearance of completed restrooms or to specific plans provided with each task order. This includes, but is not limited to the colors, textures, tiles, fixtures, and materials. Touchups may be required on an on-call basis to ensure that all completed restrooms remain in excellent condition and prolong its lifetime. The Contractor shall fix, repair, or touch up minor blemishes including, but not limited to cracked partitions, missing hardware, chipped tile, and other sorts of imperfections that occur due to normal, everyday use.
