To supply Huntsville Utilities with a flocculator replacement and parts listed on the enclosed Attachment A (Specifications). Proposals received after the bid opening time and date will be rejected. Proposals received via facsimile machine or telephone will be rejected. Your pricing proposal must be submitted on the enclosed Attachment B (Pricing Sheet). Your Bid Proposal should include terms, availability, firm price and FOB delivery to the respective HU service area. HU reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. Attachment C (HU's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions) are also included in the bid documents. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening. HU reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept any bid, which in HU's sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services to HU.Your assistance in meeting our requirements is appreciated
