Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brighton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Attached are the bid documents for the Archery Range Improvements Project at Barr Lake State Park. The work consists of 2,250 linear feet of road improvements and a vault toilet. Refer all bidding questions regarding this project to Paul Barker, Project Manager (paul.barker@state.co.us). All questions must be submitted in writing by email. The Division of Parks and Wildlife reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept any proposals deemed desirable. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form furnished. Bids must be manually signed in ink. All bid items must be priced or the bid will be disqualified. The project work will be mutually scheduled between the Project Manager, Park Manager and the Contractor. The road work will be completed by March 31, 2022 and the Vault Toilet installed by May 20, 2022. All work will take place at Barr Lake State Park, 13401 Picadilly Rd, Brighton CO 80603
