Site work for a communication facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

Project Locations Buffalo Ridge Tower & Buffalo Mountain Tower. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials and services as required for the Communication towers microwave equipment upgrades as per these documents. Successful vendor will remove and dispose of any replaced equipment. All equipment installed shall include the Manufacturer's standard warranty. After project is completed Motorola will take over maintenance as part of the TACN Network agreement. The City of Johnson City currently operates (2) 800MHz RF Sites located on Buffalo Mountain and Buffalo Ridge. Both sites are part of the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network (TACN). These locations do not have a specific public address: Buffalo Ridge is near 172 Ramsey Drive, Gray, TN 37615 Buffalo Mountain is #6 Buffalo Mountain, Johnson City, TN 37601 Provide all equipment, labor, materials and services as required to complete the Microwave equipment replacement as per attached.
