Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ellenburg Depot, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of asphalt shingle roof system on the Bus Maintenance Garage. Work includes abatement, roof deck replacement, and new underlayment, shingles, flashing, and gutters. The Owner requires the project to be substantially completed on or before June 15, 2022, and final completion on or before June 30, 2022. Direct questions in writing, on the RFC Form provided in the specifications, to Louise Annis, at louiseannis@aesnortheast.com. Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the right to award the project in accordance with the funding available and lowest responsible bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. The School District intends to award the contract immediately
