Work will involve the cleaning and CCTV inspection of 1800+/- lineal feet of 4-6 inch force main , bypass pumping , disposal of all effluent/debris , CCTV inspection of the existing force main , provide inspection records in digital and hard copy . Note portions of the main may be 4 inch pipe under the NYS Thruway . no access to Thruway is allowed . access is provided to the force main via three cleanout manholes Buyers Requirements Award Requirements - All or None Award The Town of Newburgh reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to re-advertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 103.
