Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Clarence, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The project generally includes removal of existing HVAC units, installation of new HVAC units, installation of new programmable thermostats, and all associated work for a complete project. The "Work" of the contract is defined in the contract documents and includes but is not necessarily limited to: furnishing all labor, material, equipment, insurance, bonds and permits, etc. for the complete construction and site work for the replacement of HVAC systems at the Clarence Senior Center. The Project is entitled "Clarence Senior Center HVAC Systems Replacement" located at the Clarence Senior Center at 4600 Thompson Rd in the Town of Clarence, Erie County, New York.
