All interested parties are invited to attend. Bid must be turned in at the Administration Building during the time period set forth. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty days after the date of bid opening stated above. Subcontractors and material suppliers may purchase set of Plans or partial sets, or individual sheets, for the cost of printing and handling. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in bidding A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to non-segregated facilities and non-discrimination employment practices to be observed, anti-collusion provisions and business relationships affidavit as required by statutes. The Pre-Bid Conference will allow bidders to meet with and ask questions of the Architect. The site will be available to look at the existing conditions.
