The fees are set according to the rates established by the electronic tendering system. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee for an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the tender. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond established in the name of the Municipality of Sainte-Claire or by an irrevocable letter of guarantee. In addition, tenders must be accompanied by all the documents required by the tender documents. The Municipality of Sainte-Claire does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Moreover, the awarding of the contract is conditional on the approval of the by-law decreeing this work as well as on obtaining the certificate of authorization by the MELCC.
