The Town of Greenburgh desires to engage a licensed Excavating Contractor company to perform scheduled and/or emergency excavation and repairs or defects causing dangerous conditions found in the Town owned and operated utilities and roadways, as directed by the Commissioner of Public Works for work within the Town of Greenburgh. The awarded Contractor must be able to respond within 4-hours of receiving notice from the Town of an emergency. Due to the varied nature of emergencies, response timing and corresponding material and equipment repair requirements, this contract seeks to compensate on a time and material basis, the duration of this agreement shall be for twelve (12) months from the notice of award. The town reserves the option to extend agreed pricing proposed upon written agreement from the contractor. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Questions due by March 8, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. Contract term: 1 YEAR
