General description of work: The USACE Seattle District has a requirement for the followingThe VAAL Phase 2A Site Development project includes demolition and hazardous materials abatement of five (5) existing buildings, existing parking area and underground utilities. The work also includes but is not limited to construction grading, pavements, utilities, lighting, and landscaping for a 650-vehicle parking lot and 1000 feet of two-lane roadway.
