Decommissioning and demolition of the existing Sewage Treatment Plant, redirecting the on-site gravity collection system to a nearby sewage pump station, and a force main that conveys the sewage from the Lexington property, east along Hemlock Drive, then south along Manatuck Boulevard, crossing the Southern State Parkway into an existing manhole of the Southwest Sewer District located just south of the Southern State Parkway on Brooklyn Boulevard. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid and made payable to the Town of Islip.
