Construction of a new 1,000-gallon-per-minute water well and installation of approximately 2,180 linear feet of raw water main along with associated electrical and supervisory control and data acquision (SCADA) system. Project also includes installation of a natural gas generator. Estimate: $1,950,000.00 The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bid bond shall be issued by a surety company licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance to do business in Texas and to issue said bond. The bid bond must be signed by an authorized representative of the surety and the representative must be licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond upon the forms which are attached hereto in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price within 15 days after receipt of the Contract Documents.
