Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking to pre-qualify principal trade and specialty contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the following City of Durham project: PWOC Phase 2 Winter Storage. Balfour Beatty Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for this project and will receive bids from and contract with the principal and specialty contractors for the execution of the work.
