New construction of a mixed-use development in Levis, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility.
Construction of a new birth center that will include four birth rooms. The Mimosa Birth Centre will be located near the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis. TIMELINE: The project is currently in the planning and analysis phase. The project scope of work, location and timelines will depend on the land acquisition and zoning approvals. The project delivery is scheduled for early 2027. Further update in summer/fall, 2026. Note: Request for proposals (RFP) for a property to lease for ten years with intention to renew it for next five years # 2024APP263 was cancelled. Reference # 1851755.
