Site work for a civil project in Hay River, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work includes installation of new buried water, sanitary sewer and stormwater piping in the area of Fraser Place and civil earthworks for grading of roads and lots frontages as follows: 1. Supply and installation of new water, sanitary sewer and stormwater mains, manholes, and appurtenances. 2. Connection of new mains to existing mains. 3. Installation of new residential services capped for future home developments. 4. Earthworks associated with excavation, backfill, and compaction to grade the site. 5. Construction of new granular road structure for future asphalt and concrete works. 6. Trenching and backfilling to support installation of power, communication, and gas utilities. 7.
