Period of Performance: 02/28/2022 to 07/31/2022. SCOPE The Chemical Storage building is a small 80 (10 ft x 8 ft) square foot Haz-Mat metal building measuring 99 inches tall used to store chemicals, primarily formalin and asphalt patching material. The Chemical Building exterior has lots of exposed rusted metal which needs painting. Measurements should be confirmed by contractor. The existing color of the building is white but may be painted beige or cream. The paint color shall be approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to painting. Work includes the following: o cleaning o caulking o priming o painting IAW manufacture recommendation The door jamb is damaged, and door is sticking when opening/shutting. o Repair door jamb or replace if needed RANGE OF MAGNITUDE The range of magnitude is between less than $25,000. Contractors shall submit any questions regarding this solicitation directly to tariq_malveaux@fws.gov by no later than 3:00 pm PST on 2/17/2022. Questions will be consolidated, and answers provided by an amendment directly thereafter awarded-358 Investments LLC in the amount of $13,777.00
