DSA No.: 04-118716 P.T.N: 75044-145 Bid Package #01 is responsible for the installation and removal of typical BMP's for this size and type of project that does not require a formal SWPPP. Minimum requirements are protection of inlets, spoils piles containment, traffic grate and gravel at entrance(s) to site, protection from run off, proper storage of materials, protection of trash containers when a rain event is forecasted, and street sweeping as necessary. rough grade staking, slope staking, final grade certification, building corner and foundation staking, curb/gutter/concrete features/ramps/sidewalk staking, sanitary sewer mains/laterals staking, storm drain lines and catch basins staking, water line mains/laterals staking, chain link fence/gates, all utility/electrical/site lighting locations Clean and polish all plumbing fixtures including drinking fountains, toilets, sinks, mirrors, etc. Furnish and install excavation for new footings/foundations and slab on grade. Disposal of spoils is the responsibility of this Trade Contractor Furnish and install all concrete work for site sidewalks, curbs, depressed concrete slab, gutters, curb and gutter transitions, mow strips, ribbon gutters, reinforcing steel, dowels, epoxy doweling as shown on the contract documents Demolition includes removal of all site elements shown to be removed for new work, including but not limited to existing asphaltic concrete and concrete paving. Demolition of existing curbs, flatwork, chain-link fence, gates, and associated footings, and other misc. items indicated in the contract documents. The project is being bid as a "Multi-Prime" Construction Management project. The categories included in each Bid Division are defined in Document 00 42 16 - Bid Proposal Form - Stipulated Sum (Multi-Prime Contract). Trade Contractors should review their appropriate Bid Form in Document 00 42 16 in its entirety. The Construction Timeline is 119 calendar days. Review this timeline carefully to ensure you can comply with the requirements. Failure to complete on time would lead to liquidated damages per the specifications. Duration- Wednesday, April 20, 2022 through Tuesday, August 16, 2022 This project does require PREVAILING WAGES. Each Trade Contractor shall comply with all other applicable California Labor Code requirements governing public works projects including, but not limited to, the payment pursuant to a wage rate not less than the prevailing wage rate and all other applicable law with respect to prevailing wages, regardless of any contractual relationship alleged to exist between the Construction Manager or any employees or subcontractors; compliance with apprenticeship standards; overtime pay; and certified payroll obligations.
