Demolition of the old concrete structure and landscaping. Renovation to include low wall seating ring around a sunken lawn with a stage to the north side. Other activity areas include a fire pit, fixed seating, and bosque. Sustainable features to include a bioswale, permeable pavers, and detention vault. The Quad is located in the center of the six Lecture Center Buildings on East Campus, between Halsted and Morgan Streets. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend. If multiple bids are received for the same division of work, the later bid will be considered official. A recording of the bid opening is available upon request.
