**As of March 30, 2022, this project has been awarded to: Schedule A: H&H Contracting - $$1,186,690.00 Schedule B: Hoffman's R&M - $19,800.00 Estimated Project Value: $1,000,001 - $3,000,000 Anaconda-Deer Lodge County (ADLC) is requesting separate sealed bids for construction of the ADLC Old Works Estates Major Subdivision. Project generally consists of construction of a looped water main extension, sewer main extension, services lines to each lot, streets, sidewalks, boulevards, and streetlights in the future Old Works Estates major subdivision in Anaconda, Montana. The subdivision is bounded by Pizzini Drive to the north, Birch St to the west, Goosetown Road to the south, and the Teresa Ann Subdivision to the east. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: 2,941 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC water main; 6 fire hydrant assemblies; 34 water service stubs and 34 sewer service stubs; 2,018 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC sewer main; 12 each 48-inch sanitary sewer manholes; 8,475 SY of asphalt paving at 3 inch depth; 2,540 SY of asphalt paving at 4 inch depth; 742 SY of asphalt resurfacing at 3 inch depth; 30 streetlight bases and 3,220 lineal feet of electrical conduit; 3 culverts, 6 storm drain inlet catch basins, and 194 lineal feet of storm drain; 1,630 SY of sidewalk and 2,876 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter; and Provisions for storm water and traffic control. Bidders must register through the web site to be notified of addenda. The Bidder is responsible for periodically checking the site. The Contractor that is awarded the project will be responsible for printing all documents necessary for performing the work. All laborers and mechanics employed by Contractor or Subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages in accordance with the Montana Prevailing Wage Rates. There is no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or "Buy American" requirement. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to ADLC, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a Certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the receipt of bids noted above. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
