Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Tempe ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the supply and installation of rubberized playground safety surfacing. The requested surfacing is to be currently advertised and produced by established manufacturers of rubberized playground safety surfacing in the class of the manufacture numbers, or approved equals, and minimum specifications that follow. All rubberized playground safety surfacing must meet the current American Society for Testing and Materials ("ASTM") Standards F1292-13, F1951-14 and F1487-11; conform to current Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CPSC") Guidelines for Public Playground Safety and certified by the International Play Equipment Manufacturer's Association (IPEMA). It shall also meet the flammability standards per ASTM D2859-16 and ASTM E108-16.
