To remove Ash trees within the rights-of way along several Town roads: Pond Road, a portion of Dorset Street and Shelburne Hinesburg Road, and Cheesefactory Road. During the advertisement phase of this project, all questions shall be addressed solely to: David Hall, Tree Warden at davidthomashall@aol.com or Gail Henderson-King, Tree Committee chair at ghendersonking@comcast.net. The Town reserves the right to waive formalities, modify bids in a mutually agreeable manner, or to accept or reject any bids at its sole discretion. Issuing this RFB does not in any way commit the Town to accepting any proposal. Bidders bear all costs in preparing and delivering their proposals. The Contract shall be completed on or before May 31, 2022. If the contractor wishes to extend the contract completion date, they should submit a request to the Town Manager explaining why the extension is needed and when they would like it extended to. The Town would like all work completed by end of the fiscal year (June 30, 2022).
