Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Manchester is accepting bids the improvement of Auburn Street from Pine Street to union Street. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Reconstruction of approximately 970 linear feet of asphalt sidewalk; Construction of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps and tactile surfaces; Reset of granite curbing as needed; Cross walk striping, as needed; Removal of old street lighting fixtures and poles and replacing with new decorative poles and fixtures; Removal of 9 trees and stumps; Any and all related appurtenances and incidental construction needed to complete the project; Certified Check/Bid Bond $10,000 A Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in or reject any or all proposals and to accept the bid that is deemed most favorable to the interest of the City of Manchester.
