The Ministère de l'Énergie et des Ressources naturelles (MERN), through its Department of administrative support, logistics and equipment for the mining sector, requires the services of a contractor to replace the pallet racks in the warehouse located at 935 rue Fernand-Dufour in Quebec. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.15 and 3.16 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of contractor eligibility to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected in the context of this call for tenders. A contractor wishing to submit a bid must hold the required licenses from the Régie du bâtiment. The tender must be presented by a contractor having, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable intergovernmental agreements, an establishment where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
