The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB#7364 Repairs to exterior envelopes at multiple buildings throughout the school district. These facilities include Cameron Middle School; Hemenway Elementary School; Walsh Middle School; Harmony Grove School; Juniper Hill Elementary School; and the Transportation Building. Additionally, this project includes scopes for three (3) alternates. DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Masonry; Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following trades: The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
