The Mesquite Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids/proposals submitted, and to waive any technicalities, and to award bids/proposals in the best interest of the District. The Mesquite Independent School District (hereinafter called MISD or the District) is requesting a proposal for a Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation System for West Mesquite High School. The cashier's check or bid bond shall be in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid/offer.
