The project consists of decontaminating a portion of the upper foundation and then paving the streets. The streets are served by the sanitary sewer only and are drained in ditches. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). The bid as well as all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 90 days. The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. One original and two copies of the tender documents will be delivered to the Employer in a single envelope. This will be sealed and will bear the name and number of the project as well as the identification of the tenderer. The owner does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented.
