Demolition, site work and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Highland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,008-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The project consists of a 224 sq. ft. addition and alterations to the existing 784 sq.ft. Bathhouse building at the group camp site and includes excavation, demolition, general construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 of Wisconsin State Statutes. Funding for the project will be by the Blackhawk Lake Recreation Area. BID GUARANTY TO ACCOMPANY BID: Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check: 5% of Contractor's Base Bid. One single contract will be awarded for a fixed lump sum. A payment and performance bond or irrevocable letter of credit will be required. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive minor informalities. Owner requires project completion prior to Thursday, May 26th, 2022.
