Renovation of a library in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Multnomah County Department of County Assets/Facilities and Property Management, on behalf of Multnomah County Library, is seeking Proposers from whom it may procure Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the Central Library Refresh Project as well as an option to add other library Refresh Projects if it is determined in the best interest of the County. The intended project delivery vehicle for all projects will be a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process. However, a traditional Design/Bid/Build process may be considered, if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The awarded CM/GC firm(s) will be expected to work cooperatively with the Owner, A/E Representatives and other Trade Partners to assist with constructibility of design, to build the Project(s), and throughout the life of the Project(s).
