Question Submission Close Date 2/21/2022 10:00 AM MST The Springville City Buildings and Grounds Department wishes to contract with a qualified company for contractual Irrigation, Chemical Treatment and Planter Bed Services. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a 1-year contract (with 3 one-year options to renew) with a qualified company who can provide all necessary transportation, supervision, labor, licenses, tools, equipment, services and expertise to perform contractual irrigation, chemical treatment and planter bed services for the City parks/properties listed in this RFP. In the event that this Agreement extends beyond the Initial Term of this Agreement, the payment amounts shall adjust by the same amount of THE Consumer Price Index to meet costs of living and wage increases. Springville City Irrigation, Chemical Treatment, and Planter Bed Services Work shall begin March 1st and end November 30th, as weather permits or as decided by the City based operational best practices.
