The Department of Facilities Management intends to purchase air compressor maintenance and repair services, and will award to vendors who meet minimum qualifications. Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.Failure to Review Any Addenda Does Not Negate Your Initial Offer and Holds the Respondent Responsible for Any Changes Prior to Bid Closing.The Scope of Services of this solicitation includes but is not limited to: repairs, replacement (or alterations) to air compressors and components of the compressor system as well as preventive maintenance (PM) on air compressor equipment used in commercial and residential applications.
