The City of Marble Falls is requesting Statements of Qualifications to solicit interest from prospective qualifed architectural/enginnering firms to prepare a City Hall Needs Assessment and preliminary design of a new City Hall at one of two proposed locations. The Assessment will consist of a formal report to the City Council that addresses current facility conditions and deficiencies and future facility needs for City functions and services housed in the current City Hall, Development Services/EDC Building and Parks and Recreation Department. Provide a brief but thorough overview of how your firm can provide the desired services to the City of Marble Falls, indicating a clear understanding of the requirements and an interest in performing consulting services. Clearly identify the firm name, address, telephone number, email address and contact person(s). Provide the year the firm was established and any former names under which the firm has operated, if applicable. After the SOQ's are received and evaluated, the City may require one or more of the teams to provide an oral presentation as a supplement to their statements. Any team invited to interview should be prepared to discuss and substantiate any area of their proposal. The City of Marble Falls is under no obligation to grant interviews to any team receiving a copy of this RFQ and/or submitting a written statement in response to the RFQ. The firm determined the most compatible with the goals of the City will be recommended to be considered for selection by the City Council to negotiate and enter into a contract for a city hall needs assessment. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualifications and to accept only those that are in the best interest of the City.
