Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hazelton, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Construction of water intake repairs at Hazelton water treatment plant. Work to include replacing the current intake assembly and to safeguard the water infiltration area by reinforcing the infiltration compound with liner and rip rap materials and installing a proper infiltration compound weir. TIMELINE: Request for proposal to provide consulting services for design and construction of the project is closed; No bid were received for this RFP. Scope of the project includes review of old existing design of the water intake, assess the existing intake, design of upper and lower infiltration area, prepare contract documents, environmental management plans, permitting and construction management. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
