The City assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail, or delivery service causing the bid to be received at City Hall later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Any questions or Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to the City Manager or her designee at ahill@rusktx.org or bscarborough@rusktx.org no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Bidders are required to comply with all requirements of City, State, and Federal Laws and Ordinances. All material including wood, limbs and debris must be removed from the site by the contractor. The City will not be responsible for clean-up after the trees are felled. Bidders are required to comply with all insurance and workers comp. requirements.
