**As of June 17, 2022, this project has been awarded to Metro Waterproofing, Inc. and no awarded amount available.** The Georgia Building Authority (GBA) serves as the landlord for state government buildings on Capitol Hill, the #2 Peachtree Street Building, and the Georgia Governors Mansion. GBA is requesting bids from licensed General Contractors for the Law Building Parking Deck Repair Project. GBA will accept bids in strict conformity with the bidding and Contract Documents for the Project listed. Bid documents are available on the Georgia Procurement Registry. The existing Law Building Parking Deck at 244 Washington Street, SW Atlanta, Georgia 30334 is a cast-in-place concrete structure with a beam and pan joist/slab system. The required repair work to be done on the parking deck includes (but is not limited to) patching of spalled concrete, cleaning and patching of exposed reinforcement, epoxy-injection in cracks penetrating the full depth of the concrete slab/member, and repairing/replacing existing patching that has since deteriorated. In addition to the deficiency locations shown on the attached drawings, the qualified contractor shall perform a thorough inspection of the structure with close attention to the typical deficiencies noted in the structural documents prior to developing cost estimates and work plans.
