Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater Than $1.5m but Less Than or Equal to $3m (Qualified Health Insurance Required) (Qualified Health Insurance Required) Project Location: I-80; MP 140.83-141.74, Median Concrete Barrier The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): Cast-In-Place Concrete Constant Slope Barrier - 42 Inch HMA - 1/2 inch Traffic Control The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. Davis-Bacon wages apply to this project and are made a part of these contract documents as required in the provisions of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1968. This contract is subject to all appropriate Federal Laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, (52 Stat. 1060).
