Renovation of a residential development in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
All necessary bid documents will be available at the Pre-Bid meeting which will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the Department of Planning Services, Kent County Administrative Complex, 555 Bay Road, Dover, Delaware. Sealed bids will be received by the Kent County Department of Planning Services on Housing Rehabilitation Bid Pac Number 19-06R. This Bid Pac includes housing rehabilitation projects throughout Kent County. Experienced and qualified Residential General Contractors wishing to bid on these projects must be on the Approved Rehabilitation Contractors List. Forms for the Approved Rehabilitation Contractors List are available by contacting the Department of Planning Services. Bids are especially invited from Minority, Veteran and Women Business Enterprises (MVWBE). The Kent County Department of Planning Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause and to waive irregularities in the Bid Documents.
