Renovation of a multi-residential development in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 17 multi-residential and 176 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The roof systems typically consist of asphalt shingles on pre-engineered trusses with wood sheathing. The Bartholomew complex consists of three blocks of row houses, with a total of 28 units. The buildings are mostly brick veneer with asphalt shingle roofing. They were built in 1967. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to remove the roof shingles and install a steel roof.
