Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Pavement - Marking, Roadway Lighting, Pedestrian Improvements, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Trails and/or Multipurpose Trails, Drainage, Dredging, Ditches and Canals, Electrical Installation/Construction, Sewer and Water Construction, Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Stormwater Improvements, Waterlines, Paving (Highway, Road or Street). Description:This project includes the construction of Har-ber Avenue from 40th Street east to Gutensohn Road and the widening of 40th Street in Springdale, Arkansas. Contract items include concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement, modification/ widening of existing precast panel bridge structure, relocation of 8" water and sanitary sewer lines, 3" water line extension, curb and gutter, street lighting, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous items. "Failure to Complete Work on Time" of the Standard Specifications the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750) for each consecutive calendar day or part thereof that expires after the Contract Time until the Work is accepted as substantially complete.
