CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/14/2022 2:00 PM This work is the assembly and set-up of the general plant required to comply with the contract and with local and State laws and regulations. General plant includes Contractor's offices, shops, plants, storage areas, and sanitary or other facilities. This work includes obtaining the required permits, insurance, bonds, and any other initial items required for the start of the work. Locations-Warwick Elementary School, Buckingham Elementary School, and Groveland Elementary School. The pavement networks evaluated in this investigation consisted of approximately 3,923 square yards of paved areas at Warwick Elementary School, 4,664 square yards at John Barclay Elementary School, 1,455 square yards at Groveland Elementary School, and 3,111 square yards at Buckingham Elementary School. Warwick Elementary School - The pavement area evaluated at this school included asphalt paved drive lane and parking areas. The drive lane is bound by Almshouse Road on the northern end and School House Lane on the southern end. The traffic at this site typically includes light vehicles and school buses. Groveland Elementary School - The pavement areas evaluated at this school included an asphalt paved play area and an access road. The site is located on the southern end of the parcel next to awooded area. Buckingham Elementary School - The pavement areas evaluated at this school included an asphalt paved play area and an access road. The site is located on the southern end of the site, adjacent to field and playground areas.
