The work covered by this project involves the replacement of the fence and perimeter lighting at the Cowansville Correctional Institution. WORKS DURATION: Phase I Year 2022: Lead Time - 33 weeks from April 15, 2022 to December 2, 2022. The lead time includes the lead time for materials procurement, completion of Phase I work and two weeks of construction. Phase I work must be finalized no later than December 1, 2022. Phase II Year 2023: Lead Time - 31 weeks from April 24, 2023 to November 27, 2023. The lead time includes material procurement time, completion of Phase II work and two weeks of construction.
