Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New Hampshire. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

An FY21 appropriation funded the design of this project, which is currently underway. This FY23 request funds the construction of proposed improvements. This project is included in the city's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and funding is allocated for FY 2023.
