If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form. Submission; b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced at appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form. If the Bid is transmitted on paper, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form. Submission; b) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; c) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced at appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form. The Center de services scolaire de la Baie-James wishes to obtain bids to retain the services of a contractor for interior renovation work at the administrative center in Chibougamau . The Center de services scolaire de la Baie-James does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
