Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Owner operates 36 long-term care, retirement and assisted living communities throughout Ontario. They are currently constructing 4 new 160 bed long-term care facilities in Cornwall, Kemptville, London and Owen Sound, all with completion scheduled for summer 2022. The Owner intends to use the results of this Request for Proposals to establish a list of prequalified Construction Managers that can be engaged on upcoming projects dependent on project location and other project-specific considerations. Upcoming facilities which will be awarded based on the list of prequalified Construction Managers established based on the results of the Request for Proposals include the following geographical areas: - Thunder Bay. - Ottawa. - Kawartha Lakes. - London. - Niagara.
