Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/organizations interested in providing professional services to identify issues with existing contracts between itself and its customer cities and find ways to best resolve these issues. There is also need for assistance in determining how future contracts will be handled. The plant is currently expanding from 3.6 MGD to 7.2 MGD and this expansion has raised concerns about allocations in prior contracts as well as future allocations of capacity. Please provide three (3) hard copies and one (1) digital copy of Statement of Qualifications in a sealed envelope marked "Statement of Qualifications Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority Plant Expansion". Submittals shall include the following information: 1.Cover letter explaining the firm's understanding of the project and reasons the firm should be selected. Letter shall be signed by an individual with contractual authority. 2.Statement of Qualifications including: Brief history of the firm/organization. Previous experience on related projects with specific examples. Location of office(s) performing work. 3.Examples of similar services the firm provided within the last five (5) years in the field of contract negotiation and resolution. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in contract negotiations. 4.References including full name, title, organization, address, phone number and brief description of service(s) provided. Evaluation criteria and procedures for the procurement of professional services in Arkansas will be strictly followed.
