The Facilities Management Department (FAC) of Johnson County KS is requesting competitive sealed proposals and qualifications for IFB# 2022-008 On-call HVAC Services. The Johnson County Facilities Management Department maintains a diverse portfolio of properties from which services are provided to County Residents and public. The facilities total approximately 2.8 million square feet in over 78 buildings and structures. The primary goal for Johnson County Facilities Management is to create and sustain safe, innovative environments and deliver high quality services to support a productive County government and community. The awarded provider(s) for this on-call HVAC services IFB shall be united with the FAC department in working toward this goal. Contracts resulting from this IFB will be for varied individual projects valued below one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) during the contract term. Projects valued above one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) will be solicited separately.
