Site work for a mixed-use development in Pullman, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work on this project includes, but is not limited to the following: Sweep and prepare existing parking lot for re-sealing Identify and repair any subsidence prior to sealing Crack seal Block access to the parking lot during work window with industry standard barriers and signs Seal parking lot with industrial grade Asphalt Base Sealer Re-paint all parking lot striping and markings This bid is a lump sum bid. No bid guaranty will be required for this project. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Bidders are encouraged to inspect or investigate the site of Work prior to submitting a Bid. The port shall contact tenants to clear parking lot on the day(s) of work. Awarded contractor must coordinate with port staff a minimum of ten days prior to mobilization to ensure all tenants are informed. The Port reserves the right to reject any or all offers if such action is in the best interest of the Port and waives informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. Bids may be delivered by mail, e-mailed in PDF form, or delivered in person. Interpretations and Clarifications 1. Every request for interpretation or clarification should be submitted in writing to: Port of Whitman County 302 N. Mill Street Colfax, WA 99111 (509) 397-3791 Fax (509) 397- port@portwhitman.com Prior to the execution of the Contract, the Bidder shall furnish in a form satisfactory to the Port, Insurance Certificates, a 25% Performance Bond and Payment Bond covering the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising there under. The bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in an amount of at least 5% of the total bid (total of Base Bid plus WSST), unless otherwise noted on the invitation to bid. No bid guaranty will be required for this project
