The offer must be presented by a supplier having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service . Only bids presented on the bid documents will be accepted. The Municipality of Sainte-Sophie is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the Electronic Tendering Service and it is the responsibility of tenderers to ensure that they have all their documents before submitting their tender. Each tender must be accompanied by a tender bond issued in favor of the Municipality of Sainte-Sophie in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total tender.
