Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kent, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Ice Arena Band Educational Facility - Roof Replacement ESTIMATED BASE BID COST $2,500,000.00 The Bidder must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the amount of their bid or a certified check in the amount of 10% of their total bid. The time for Substantial Completion is 315 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed and On-Site Construction will be limited to 90 consecutive days from the Receipt of Materials and shall be achieved no later than Friday, March 3, 2023. Portage County Prevailing Wages and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. The Bidder may be subject to a Pre-Award Affirmative Action Compliance Review in accordance with Section 123:2-5-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code including a review of the Bidder's employment records and an on-site review. The Bidder must indicate on the Bid Form, the locations where their services will be performed in the spaces provided or by attachment in accordance with the requirements of Executive Order 2019-12D related to providing services only within the United States.
